Larew Doyle & Associates arranges $15.13 million in fixed rate construction financing for the Steadman & Fuller Building

Larew Doyle & Associates is pleased to announce the placement of a $15,130,000 fixed rate Construction - Permanent Loan to finance the historic mill redevelopment of the Steadman & Fuller Building, located in one of Providence’s fastest growing West End neighborhoods. In addition to renovation costs, the loan also bridged the federal historic tax credits which were awarded to this attractive redevelopment.

This 72,313 sf building has plans for 63 well designed residential units, complemented by 19,000 sf of commercial space.  The residential units will feature 12-foot ceiling heights, exposed brick and wood beams in addition to hardwood floors, Scavolini kitchens, oversized windows and in-unit washers & dryers. Building amenities will include shared office space, on-site parking, outdoor courtyard with bocce court and BBQ, communal kitchen & dining room, roof deck, private courtyard, dog park, a 1,324 sf exercise facility and bicycle storage.
