Larew Doyle & Associates is pleased to announce the placement of a $9 million construction loan for a sprawling 30-acre site for the construction of Silver Sands Motel. This expansive property is situated on the largest waterfront property on the North Fork & Hamptons beaches.

This financing will allow for renovations, including luxurious upgrades for the 21-room motel and 17 free-standing cottages. A first-class hospitality team will implement food and beverage offerings to facilitate exceptional guest experiences.

There will be a new restaurant operation for lunch and dinner located around an improved integrated boathouse and outdoor pool area, which will serve as the cornerstone of the property’s food and beverage operation. The luncheonette for breakfast and lunch will be relaunched with a grab’n’go market and evening cocktail service. There will also be a full-service beach & pool club open to non-guests, offering beach cabanas, sun loungers, swimming platform and paddle boards along the 1,400 linear feet of pristine sandy beach.
