Larew Doyle & Associates is pleased to announce the financing of a newly constructed 66,815 sf building that is leased to a Charter School Operator in Bronx, NY. The $24,000,000 loan was financed by a regional bank.

This attractive building has been pre-leased to tenant, KIPP NYC, an experienced operator of charter schools throughout New York City. KIPP will be leasing the entire 66,815 gross square feet for school classroom space and a cafeteria. The building is 6 stories high with southern exposure on a wide street and oversized windows to provide a tremendous amount of natural light for the students.
