Larew Doyle & Associates is pleased to announce the recent financing of 36 Waverly Street, a 54,574 sf flex industrial building in Brooklyn, New York.   The $11,000,000 was financed with one of LD&A’s insurance company correspondents. This non-recourse permanent loan has a 7-year fixed rate.
